Expanded operational responsibility **We are hiring: Multifunctional Operator** We seek a professional with a technical, analytical, and proactive profile to strategically engage in the production process, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, rigorous parameter control, setup execution, and technical support to operations. Required Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in industrial machine operation and setup; * Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, control plans, and production orders; * Knowledge of fine-tuning machine parameters; * Basic understanding of quality control (weight, dimensional, and technical specifications); * Flexible availability for shift work. Desirable Knowledge (Advantages): * Training courses in machine regulation, preparation, and operation; * Knowledge of raw materials (polymeric resins); * Experience with blow molding, injection molding, press machines, rotational molding, and/or EVA machines; * Hands-on experience with mold changes, dies, stamping tools, and peripherals; * Familiarity with production supervisory systems (e.g., EGA); * Experience operating overhead cranes; * Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and preventive equipment analysis. Responsibilities: * Ensure production process compliance with technical specifications by performing fine programming and adjusting machine parameters; * Verify tool identification, technical specifications, control plan, specifications, and production order to ensure conformity with the part to be produced; * Monitor quantity produced according to the production order, avoiding deviations; * Consult the scheduling monitor to plan pre\-setup (tooling and color); * Perform complete machine setup, including mold, die, stamping tool changes, and peripheral installation (temperature controllers, cooling units, thermostats, automated welding devices, etc.); * Monitor part weight, cycle time, dimensional accuracy, and other technical specifications; * Adjust parameters whenever productivity or quality misalignment occurs, preventing production stoppages; * Record and track production data in the supervisory system (EGA), maintaining alignment with production orders; * Package and label parts and containers per procedure; * Report anomalies identified in machines, molds, and peripherals; * Conduct preventive evaluation of machines and equipment, suggesting improvements; * Provide technical assistance and guidance to operators as needed; * Operate overhead cranes for material handling; * Perform tasks related to this role.
