We are seeking a dynamic and committed Logistics Operator to work in our distribution center, focusing on e-commerce operations. The professional will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of receiving, picking, checking, packaging, and shipping processes for orders placed on online platforms, guaranteeing accuracy, speed, and quality in deliveries. Key responsibilities: Picking and packing e-commerce orders; Supporting the generation and verification of shipping labels and invoices; Receiving, inspecting, and storing products; Organizing inventory designated for online platforms, maintaining accuracy between physical and system inventory (ERP and platforms); Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of carrier pickups; Meeting shipping deadlines and inspection routines; Supporting inventory counts and stock controls; Ensuring organization and cleanliness of the logistics area; Contributing to continuous process improvement. High school diploma completed (technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics in progress are a plus); Experience in e-commerce operations or distribution centers; Knowledge of online order picking, packing, and shipping; Experience with ERP systems (preferably TOTVS Protheus) and logistics integration systems (e.g., Melhor Envio, Frenet, Tiny, etc.); Basic understanding of billing, labeling, and pickup tracking; Experience with stock management and inventory routines; Basic computer and management system skills.
