Take samples of received material (sludge) for laboratory analysis when requested by leadership. Activate equipment operation in the feeding process of the sieve and grinding in the mill. Allocate into Big Bags and identify with labels and spray paint the supplier and type of material removed (sieved sludge, milled sludge, and oxide) during the sieve and mill processing. Operate overhead crane to move material in Big Bags to the sieve and mill. Pull processed material from the conveyor belt using a rake or shovel to separate oxide and milled sludge. Move raw and processed materials for segregation, weighing, storage, and loading/unloading trucks, if requested and authorized to operate a forklift. Separate aluminum mixed in slag received from the melting department. Record productivity in the sludge processing control form. Keep the work area identified and organized. Perform other related tasks at the discretion of immediate supervision.
