**Activities:** * Perform maintenance of green areas in the condominium (gardens, flower beds, lawns, pots, and outdoor areas). * Prune plants, trees, and shrubs as needed or directed. * Carry out planting of seedlings, fertilization, and irrigation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of landscaped areas by removing dry leaves, branches, and debris. * Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment (trimmer, hedge trimmer, shears, etc.). * Assist in controlling plant pests and diseases according to instructions. * Ensure the preservation of outdoor spaces and follow preventive maintenance routines. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in gardening, preferably in condominiums. * Knowledge of pruning, trimming, and basic plant care. * Basic understanding of proper handling of tools and equipment. * Commitment, organization, and responsibility. **Advantages:** * Courses in gardening or landscaping. * Basic knowledge of general outdoor area maintenance.
