We seek a Procurement Analyst to join our team and contribute to the company's procurement efficiency and strategic objectives. Responsibilities: Conduct analysis and negotiations with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery timelines; Oversee the procurement process from requisition through product delivery to stores; Monitor and analyze procurement KPIs to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization; Develop and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and established standards; Collaborate with other departments to align demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply requirements; Research market trends and identify new product and supplier opportunities; Manage purchase orders and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking; Ensure compliance with internal policies and sector-specific supermarket regulations.
