Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Office 365, as well as wired and fiber optic network infrastructure. • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or currently pursuing). • Familiarity with IP CCTV and VMS systems. * Preferred qualifications: certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or equivalents. • Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and LGPD. • Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
