Collaboration in automation of deployment and monitoring pipelines As a **Senior Full\-Stack Developer** at Homvision Technology, you will be a key driver in evolving our digital platforms. We expect you to combine technical leadership with practical execution—designing scalable architectures and writing clean code for both front\-end and back\-end. You will work at the technology hub in São José dos Campos, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions that directly impact our users’ experience. **Key Responsibilities** * **Architecture and Design:** Design and implement robust, modular, and scalable software architectures for web and mobile applications. * **Front\-End Development:** Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces (UI) using modern frameworks. * **Back\-End Development:** Develop and maintain efficient RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring solid business logic and secure integration with databases. * **Technical Leadership:** Act as a mentor for junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices. * **Quality and Testing:** Ensure test coverage (unit, integration, and E2E) and application stability across different environments. * **DevOps and CI/CD:** Collaborate on automation of deployment pipelines and application monitoring in production (cloud environments). * **Problem Solving:** Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, complex bugs, and security issues across the full technology stack. **Technical Requirements** * **Front\-End:** Advanced proficiency in **React.js**, **Vue.js**, or **Angular**, plus strong skills in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Styled Components), and TypeScript. * **Back\-End:** Professional experience with **Node.js**, **Python (Django/FastAPI)**, **Java (Spring Boot)**, or **Go**. * **Databases:** Fluency in relational databases (**PostgreSQL**, MySQL) and hands-on experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). * **Infrastructure:** Experience with containers (**Docker**, Kubernetes) and cloud services (**AWS**, Azure, or Google Cloud). * **Version Control:** Advanced use of Git and Gitflow workflows. **Qualifications and Experience** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. * **Experience:** Minimum of **6 to 8 years** in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex Full\-Stack projects. * **Methodologies:** Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * **Languages:** Native or fluent Portuguese. **Advanced English** is required for technical documentation and occasional collaboration with international partners. **Desirable Attributes** * “Ownership” mindset and proactive approach to systemic improvements. * Excellent communication skills to explain technical decisions to business stakeholders. * Prior experience in startups or technology-based companies within the São José dos Campos ecosystem.
