Description: DEVELOPER ANALYST (Systems and Data) Location: Arujá \- SP Sector: Waste Management and Treatment WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: We seek a professional with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields. Relevant experience in system development, data integration, and process automation is essential, along with strong knowledge of SQL Server, APIs, and data analytics tools. Ideal candidates possess logical reasoning, systemic thinking, effective communication skills, and curiosity to explore emerging technologies—especially those related to artificial intelligence and predictive analytics. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: Experience in data modeling, machine learning, Power BI, and integrations between legacy systems and new platforms will be considered a significant advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop, maintain, and evolve systems and integrations supporting Renova Group's operations. * Structure and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security. * Create data-driven solutions to support strategic and operational decision-making. * Drive process automation and apply AI to improve internal departmental efficiency. * Collaborate across teams to understand requirements and propose effective technological solutions. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, ensuring traceability and information governance. * Monitor technological trends and recommend continuous improvements to corporate systems.
