Join our team in an environment where empathy and creativity are the recipe for consistently cultivating and harvesting outstanding results! **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Advanced English; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint); * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps; * Experience with Microsoft Azure and data tools; * Experience with SQL applied in business contexts using Microsoft Azure; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields; * At least 2 years of prior experience in projects utilizing SOLS in business contexts. **Nice to Have:** * Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Tableau; * Experience working with international teams in English; * Experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence; * Experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas or others, depending on the project—particularly those related to data manipulation, statistics, and business analytics; * Experience in high-performance environments, such as consulting for major technology companies. **Non-Negotiables:** * Passion for technology; * Tinnova is focused on building creative and innovative solutions; * Commitment to delivering high-collaboration outcomes; * Ability to learn from others’ experiences and share your own. **What We Offer for This Position:** * Employment model: PJ (individual contractor); * Birthday day off; * Paid leave of 15 days after one year of employment; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance. **Work Model:** 100% in-person. **Location:** São José dos Campos – SP.
