Support the organization and maintenance of files and documents, ensuring proper cataloging, storage, and easy access to critical information. Support the preparation of reports and presentations, providing accurate data for strategic decision-making. Assist in budget preparation and control, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-reduction opportunities. Support procurement of materials and services required for operations, contributing to optimal cost-benefit ratios.
