Support in conflict administration and activity planning A public passenger transportation company seeks an Operations Supervisor in Arujá. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate and manage fleet operations, ensuring adherence to departure schedules and operational programming. Perform operational on-duty shifts, monitor fleet dispatch, and ensure vehicle availability according to demand. Provide direct support to drivers, conductors, and other operational staff regarding daily incidents. Manage operational performance indicators and propose continuous process improvements. Manage departmental personnel, including hiring, promotions, terminations, vacations, days off, and overtime control. Support internal conflict resolution to maintain a healthy work environment. Plan and allocate departmental activities, organizing human, material, and financial resources. Develop and monitor action plans to resolve operational issues. Support management in matters related to labor unions, regulatory agencies, and the local community.
