




Job Summary: Assist in ingredient preparation, kitchen organization, production support, and inventory control, ensuring hygiene and food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Support in culinary production and inventory control. * **Preparation (Mise en Place):** Assist in preparing ingredients, such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables, meats, and other items according to the Chef's instructions. * **Organization and Cleaning:** Keep the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and storage areas **clean, organized, and sanitized**, in compliance with food safety regulations (ANVISA). * **Storage:** Receive, inspect, and properly store supplies, following the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle. * **Production Support:** Assist cooks during dish preparation, following established recipes and procedures. * **Dishwashing:** Ensure proper washing and drying of dishes, pots, and cutlery. * **Inventory Control:** Assist in basic inventory counting and control.
