




Job Summary: Assist in food preparation and plating, kitchen sanitation and organization, collaborating with the team. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for assisting in food preparation and plating under the guidance of the chef or head cook. Performs sanitation and organization of utensils, equipment, and work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assists in cutting, cleaning, and pre\-preparing food items (vegetables, meats, sauces, desserts, etc.), as well as monitoring storage conditions and product expiration dates. Supports receiving and verifying incoming goods, keeping the kitchen clean and fully operational. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation according to the daily menu (cutting, washing, cooking, tray assembly, etc.) * Perform ingredient pre\-preparation (washing, cutting, sorting) * Support portioning and meal distribution * Maintain kitchen and utensil organization and cleanliness * Follow hygiene standards and good food handling practices * Assist in sample collection and temperature control when required * Ensure proper use of equipment * Support the chef and other team members in general tasks **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education * Experience in industrial kitchens or similar settings (preferred) * Agility, organization, and commitment to cleanliness * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices (preferred) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Food handler certification * Experience in industrial kitchens, corporate restaurants, or hospitality * Flexible availability **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Basic food basket * On-site meals Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1\.970,30 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance
