




Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your mentor, aiming to fulfill one of the stages of the production process 1. Assist in the pre-preparation of dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2. Assist in the pre-preparation of salads. 3. Assist in the pre-preparation of desserts. 4. Assist in assembling and restocking food items. 5. Clean and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and garnishes. 6. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7. Clean utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8. Collect and label food samples. 9. Be responsible for your own health and safety, and comply with the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Academic Qualification:** Completed or currently pursuing elementary or high school education. **Desired Experience:** None required. **Desired Skills and Knowledge:** Good interpersonal skills, commitment, teamwork.
