Support for continuous process improvement A wholesale distributor of fitness equipment seeks an Outbound Logistics Analyst in Itaquaquecetuba (Perobal). **Responsibilities:** Monitor daily all dispatched orders, from the distribution center (DC) through final delivery. Use Intelipost as a control dashboard (not merely as a reporting tool). Proactively identify: Delays. Logistics incidents. Risk of delivery delay. Proactively engage and hold carriers accountable before customers complain. Handle exceptions such as: Late deliveries. Stalled orders. Carrier operational failures. Proactively update customers whenever delivery timelines are impacted. Provide clear, objective, and up-to-date status updates to Customer Service (SAC). Record and track carrier performance (SLA, delays, incidents). Build performance history to support negotiations and improvements with partners.
