About the Role You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the logistics operations involving company-owned vehicles and partner carriers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities * Manage and monitor company-owned and third-party fleets, ensuring vehicle availability and good condition; * Plan and control transportation routes, deadlines, and costs; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of company-owned vehicles; * Negotiate and oversee contracts with third-party carriers; * Ensure compliance with transportation safety regulations and legislation; * Monitor performance indicators (on-time delivery, costs, utilization, etc.); * Propose improvements to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs; * Prepare performance reports and present results to management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in fleet management (company-owned and outsourced); * Knowledge of transportation legislation and safety standards; * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with logistics management/ERP systems; * Analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
