Job Summary:
Civil Engineering student to assist in project management, quality, and safety on construction sites, with a focus on reading, quantification, and monitoring of processes.

Professional **Responsibilities & Duties:*** Read and interpret engineering drawings;
* Quantify materials and labor requirements;
* Generate daily construction reports;
* Participate in ERP training (Mega, Approvo, Senior X, Mobuss, Autodoc, GD4, and Colaborativo);
* Understand CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee);
* Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue);
* Understand NRs (Regulatory Standards);
* Be familiar with the Quality Management System;
* Participate in integration meetings between TARRAF employees and third-party contractors;
* Begin monitoring quality control (reports, project tracking, CQE – Execution Quality Certificate, traceability of applied inputs, PQO – Construction Quality Plan);
* Verify and record executed services according to CQE, PES – Service Execution Process, and specific project drawings;
* Perform contractor measurements for approval per guidance from Tutor – GO (Construction Manager);
* Submit systemic material and service requisitions per company procedures, tracking delivery dates for materials and services;
* Prepare contract annexes (Annex I – Contract activity description; Annex II – Physical schedule corresponding to the contractual timeframe) and contract termination documents (Annex I);
* Monitor planning/physical schedule (construction progress) of activities;
* Jointly attend, with Tutor – GO, meetings with contractors to define goals and scope of work;
* Monitor preparation/follow-up of Databook training (construction warranty documentation);
* Monitor revised drawings and replace obsolete ones; open Autodoc service tickets under immediate supervisor’s supervision;
* Monitor safety and quality audits and their outcomes;
* Monitor construction site, identify discrepancies and contractor difficulties, and report them to GO;
* Assist in cost planning;
