Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Education: Completed undergraduate degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomic Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Administration, Production Engineering or related fields. * Desired: Knowledge in agricultural operations. * Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years in agricultural operations and costs, preferably in the sugarcane-alcohol sector. * Technical knowledge in Agricultural Operations, Cost Accounting and Controller functions. * Desired: Knowledge of SAP and PIMS. * Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Knowledge of agro-industrial processes and crop cycles. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Management and control of agricultural activities, including mechanized, non-mechanized, owned and third-party operations; * Responsible for ensuring data integrity for weekly and monthly closings, essential for financial and accounting closing; Coordination of the Agricultural Center team at the Pole units, including: coordinating the receipt, verification, data entry and organization of reports from owned equipment, ensuring accuracy of records; * Management of activities related to agricultural operations planning, including PPC valuation, creation and maintenance of Service Orders, Pre-Harvest Orders, input reserve control, creation and management of agronomic prescriptions, Harvest Order closing, and other related agricultural planning activities; * Ensure the opening of maintenance requests for agricultural area master data; Ensure accurate recording of outsourced activities, including data entry and verification of Reports, weekly closings and report generation; * Management of agricultural HC at the units, as well as management of work schedules and time tracking for agricultural staff; * Support unit managers and Pole Superintendents in cost management and operations monitoring; * Prepare and monitor budgets (budget) and forecasts (forecast) for agro-industrial units. Monitor variances between actual and planned costs, proposing corrective actions. Ensure proper cost allocation by cost center, product and process. Participate in internal and external audits, providing requested information and reports. Present figures and conduct routine management meetings with units; * Promote continuous improvement in cost control and analysis processes. 2510260202221768570
