Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High School Diploma; * Technical education completed or in progress (Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Paper and Pulp) is desirable; * Basic Office package skills; * Availability to work 5X1 shifts; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean, 5S, Standardized Work, Kaizen is desirable; * Availability to reside in Valparaíso\-SP, Guararapes\-SP, Mirandópolis\-SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure standardized operation according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Map), always seeking continuous improvement; * Conduct line and equipment inspections to identify losses and anomalies; * Internal cleaning of equipment; * Perform sampling, collection, and analysis, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Loading and unloading raw materials, and checking invoices; * Responsible for controlling raw material inventory, performing restocking and ensuring continuity of dosing and FIFO among products; * Operate forklift for routine activities; * Cleaning and organizing the work area; * Assist in minor operational maintenance on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Implement safety tools and the Alert system (AAS, AST, Intervention); * Participate in SER\+ tools (5S, Kaizen and PDCA); * Work in a team, sharing information and tasks with other employees; * Ensure shift-to-shift communication of relevant information; * Report activities and results to the area manager. 2510280202221773719
