We are seeking a **Harvester Operator** to work at **EAB** in **Mirandópolis\-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** Operate the harvester safely during sugarcane harvesting operations; Ensure equipment preservation and perform basic maintenance, including replacing cutting system base knives, adjusting and calibrating implements, and performing general cleaning; Operate the harvester according to quality standards to avoid losses, stump eradication, and trampling; Accurately record data on the onboard computer. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Elementary education; Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) \- Category B, C, or D; Availability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on a 5x1 schedule; Relevant experience in the role; Commitment to safety; Residence in Mirandópolis\-SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
