




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for overseeing store operations, guiding the team, monitoring sales results, and managing people—including providing feedback and implementing motivational campaigns. Sales performance and forecasting monitoring **Your typical day will include:** \- Monitoring store operations and providing support to the local reception; \- Guiding the team to independently submit service requests for facilities and local repairs to ensure proper environmental functionality; \- Monitoring sales results and forecasts to direct performance toward the company's established targets through a structured action plan; \- Managing electronic timekeeping records and attendance certificates for the store team; \- Aligning objectives, recognizing achievements, and cascading results and goals; \- Conducting feedback sessions and performance monitoring, supporting store employees with process-related questions and ensuring our training team provides ongoing skill enhancement; \- Defining and ensuring implementation of motivational campaigns, as well as securing operational team engagement. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** \- Completed high school education; higher education in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is desirable (in progress or completed); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate level); \- Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B; \- Strong communication skills, analytical ability, proactive attitude, and high adaptability to change; \- Experience in customer service, team leadership/management, and sales strategy.
