




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High School Diploma; * Technical degree completed or in progress (Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Pulp and Paper) is desirable; * Experience in ethanol production (sugarcane, corn or other cereals) or pulp and paper industry; * Proven experience in supervisory system operation (COI); * Basic Office package skills; * Availability to work 5X1 shifts; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as Lean, 5S, Standardized Work, Kaizen is desirable; * Willingness to relocate to the region of Valparaíso\-SP or Guararapes\-SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide backup support to Production Operator III during their absence, assuming their scope of work in COI operation; * Ensure work is performed in a standardized manner, following procedures and proposing process improvements; * Responsible for field valve operations, monitoring equipment shutdowns and startups such as pumps, agitators, motor \+ reducers, etc.; * Perform safety lockout procedures on equipment for maintenance (LOTO); * Internal cleaning of equipment; * Verify process lines to identify possible anomalies; * Conduct sensory analysis of equipment, observing vibration, temperature, and abnormal noises during operation; * Evaluate equipment performance according to process standards, taking action to ensure quality in the processes involved; * Perform minor repairs during operation, such as valve maintenance, replacement of consumable items on equipment, welding on piping and boiler systems, etc.; * Support maintenance during major shutdowns; * When necessary, collect and analyze process samples, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * When necessary, replenish production inputs, ensuring continuity of required dosages; * Monitor production indicators and control variables, reporting deviations via logbook and to the shift GO; * Complete checklists for the assigned area, paying attention to control ranges for each item and taking corrective actions when necessary; * Utilize company management tools aimed at excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency; * Develop a backup for your position, promoting knowledge transfer to the Production Operator I; * Ensure information reporting between shifts; * Take proactive actions to achieve production targets. 251107020230834055
