We are seeking an **Extraction Operator I** to join our **Industry** team in **Mirandópolis \- SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Verify operational safety conditions: self-assessments and safety checklists * Check operational conditions of the sugarcane mill by inspecting equipment during periodic rounds * Monitor production indicators (hourly milling rate and process losses) * Perform maintenance on industrial equipment * Carry out operational adjustments and operate machinery such as turbines and pumps * Ensure continuous cleanliness and organization of the area **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Proficiency in reading instruments and indicators * Focus on safety and productivity * Strong teamwork skills **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal chat to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
