We are seeking a **Senior E2G Process Analyst** to join the **EAB team** in **Valparaíso-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Manage industrial processes, ensuring operational stability, performance, and compliance with defined standards; * Monitor, analyze, and report process indicators—including productivity, efficiency, losses, and quality—and propose action plans for improvement; * Serve as the technical interface between Production areas, promoting operational alignment and integrated decision-making to boost production; * Support shift managers in data-driven decision-making, applying critical process analysis and systemic thinking; * Identify bottlenecks, operational deviations, and improvement opportunities, proposing short-, medium-, and long-term technical and operational solutions; * Proactively anticipate process-related risks and recommend preventive actions to avoid losses, unplanned shutdowns, or impacts on safety and quality; * Participate in standardizing operational processes, reviewing procedures, and disseminating best practices across shifts; * Support tests, process changes, and continuous improvement projects; * Prepare technical reports and support supervisors and management regarding operational performance; * Collaborate synergistically with Maintenance, Quality, SSMA (Safety, Security, Health & Environment), and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence at the facility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in ethanol production (from sugarcane, corn, or other cereals) or in the pulp and paper industry; * Intermediate knowledge of SAP, PI Vision, and Office applications; * Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication; * Logical reasoning, planning ability, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts (5x1 schedule); * Willingness to relocate and reside in Valparaíso-SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process comprises three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further explore day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
