Self-motivated, autodidact, and organized **About us** Founded in 2016, our mission is to help small and large businesses save time and money through a time clock system solution that allows for efficient management of people and activities, in addition to optimizing payroll processing in the largest companies in Brazil. **About the Role** We are looking for a highly motivated QA engineer (Sr) who enjoys working on complex products in a fast\-paced and challenging environment to join our amazing and talented product team. **Responsibilities** * Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback * Create detailed, comprehensive, and well structured test plans and cases * Estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities * Identify, document, and track bugs * Ensure the release of high quality products to our customers * Work closely with internal teams (product, development, and CS) in an agile environment * Properly communicate timeline and progress to the relevant stakeholders **Requirements** * 4\+ years of experience in a software development company as a manual QA engineer * Hands\-on experience in testing SaaS products on Web/Mobile Applications \- An advantage * Experience in writing clear STP, STD, and STRs **OR** in writing product/bug specifications * Ability to multi\-task in fast\-paced environment * Team player, yet still able to work independently * Great verbal and written communication skills * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Self\-motivated, autodidact, and organized
