Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technical Development Assistant to work on sugarcane seedling production, experimental setup, and sample collection, ensuring safety and agricultural development. We are looking for a **Field Technical Development Assistant** to join the **EAB team** in **Araçatuba/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:** Producing healthy sugarcane seedlings by eliminating pests and diseases; Setting up various experiments involving varieties, fertilization, and soil correction; Performing thermal treatment, seedling planting, and irrigation; Collecting samples of sugarcane, soil, fertilizers, and soil amendments; Conducting assessments of sugarcane borer infestation; Applying ripeners and performing other tasks as required and per supervisory guidance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Elementary education; Experience in the agricultural sector—considered a plus; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Commitment to safety. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further explain daily responsibilities and challenges.
