Job Summary: A professional responsible for collecting and analyzing vibration data, performing setups and alarm adjustments, and generating reports and assessments to support maintenance activities and ensure industrial plant availability. Do you identify with this? **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY:** * Robust SSMA (Alert System) practices, discipline, and teamwork will be differentiating factors. * Collect and analyze vibration data; * Perform vibration alarm setup and adjustment, keeping the database continuously updated; * Register component information (e.g., bearings, gear tooth counts, etc.) for equipment into the SKF @aptitude Analyst software; * Generate reports and assessments based on vibration analysis using the SKF MHV platforms; * Monitor critical maintenance actions derived from vibration analysis reports; * Monitor laser alignment of critical unit equipment; * Perform dynamic balancing on plant rotating equipment; * Execute hibernation of rotating equipment at the E2G industrial plant until startup and during off-season periods; * Control commissioning and startup processes for the plant at the beginning of harvest seasons; * Provide technical guidance to the maintenance team regarding adjustments and assembly of rotating equipment; * Daily logging of maintenance routes and issuance of work orders; * Support Asset Management, actively engaging to ensure industrial plant availability; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; * Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree is desirable; * Vibration Analysis Courses I, II, and III; * Familiarity with SKF platforms; * Dynamic Balancing training; * Laser Shaft Alignment training; * Experience in vibration data collection and analysis; * Willingness to attend training sessions in other cities / E2G plants; * Mobility to reside in Valparaíso or Guararapes\-SP **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further describe daily responsibilities and challenges.
