We are looking for an **E2G I Production Operator** to join the **EAB** team in **Valparaíso-SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** * Ensure standardized operation according to procedures (POP) and process parameters (Process Map), always seeking continuous improvement; * Perform line and equipment inspections to identify losses and anomalies; * Internal cleaning of equipment; * Conduct sampling, collection, and analysis, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Loading and unloading of raw materials, and invoice verification; * Responsible for controlling raw material inventory, performing restocking, and ensuring continuity of dosing and FIFO among products; * Operate forklifts for routine activities; * Cleaning and organizing the work area; * Support minor operational maintenance on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Execute safety tools and the Alert system (AAS, AST, Intervention); * Participate in SER+ tools (5S, Kaizen, and PDCA); * Work as part of a team, sharing information and tasks with other employees; * Ensure information reporting between shifts; * Report activities and results to the area manager. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School education; * Technical qualification preferred, completed or in progress (Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Paper and Pulp); * Basic Office package skills; * Availability to work 5X1 shifts; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred: Lean, 5S, Standardized Work, Kaizen; * Willingness to reside in Valparaíso-SP, Guararapes-SP, or Mirandópolis-SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes 3 main stages (there may be additional ones, and you will be informed if you advance): * Registration—completion of this form and additional data if necessary. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—more technical discussion to further explain daily tasks and challenges.
