We are seeking a **Production Operator E2G I** to join the **EAB team** in **Valparaíso-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Ensure standardized operations according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Map), always pursuing continuous improvement; * Conduct line and equipment inspections to identify losses and anomalies; * Perform internal equipment cleaning; * Carry out sampling, collection, and analysis, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Load and unload inputs, and verify invoices; * Manage input inventory control, performing restocking and ensuring continuity of dosing and FIFO among products; * Operate forklifts for routine tasks; * Clean and organize the work area; * Support minor operational maintenance activities on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Implement safety tools and the Alert System (AAS, AST, Intervention); * Participate in SER+ tools (5S, Kaizen, and PDCA); * Work collaboratively, sharing information and tasks with other team members; * Ensure shift-to-shift information reporting; * Report activities and results to the area manager. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training (completed or in progress) preferred—e.g., Sugar & Alcohol, Chemistry, or Paper & Pulp; * Basic Office software skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts (5 days on / 1 day off); * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred—e.g., Lean, 5S, Standardized Work, Kaizen; * Driver’s license AB preferred; * Willingness to reside in Valparaíso-SP, Guararapes-SP, or Mirandópolis-SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data required. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
