The professional will be responsible for designing robust functional solutions, focusing on service processes and case management, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and business needs. We are seeking a senior-level candidate with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English, capable of strategically collaborating with technical and business teams. Requirements: **Responsibilities** Lead the functional design and architecture of Case Management solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud; Gather and translate business requirements into efficient configurations and functional workflows; Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integrations and scalable solutions; Define standards, best practices, and governance for processes in Service Cloud; Act as a functional reference and strategic partner for business areas; Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions to ensure solution adoption; Support testing, validation, and deployment phases, ensuring functional quality. **Requirements** 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce functional consultant or architect; Strong expertise in the Service Cloud module, especially Case Management; Solid understanding of customer service processes and support operations; Experience designing end-to-end solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem; Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential requirement; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Salesforce certifications are a plus (Service Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, among others); Availability to work remotely on an international project.
