Development in a dynamic environment We seek a professional specialized in administrative routines to support the maintenance department (yellow-line equipment and diesel trucks). Position based in **Inocência \- MS**, supporting various contracts. **Job Description:** Manage maintenance work orders; plan and control maintenance activities; issue and record invoices; support maintenance supervisors and managers; liaise with suppliers; source spare parts when necessary; maintain controls using Excel spreadsheets; manage physical files; handle communications via email and WhatsApp. **Profile:** Demonstrate proactivity, organization, and excellent communication skills. Focus on team interaction and achieving results.
