Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High School Diploma; * Technical education preferred or currently pursuing (Sugar & Alcohol, Chemistry, or Paper & Cellulose); * Basic Microsoft Office skills; * Availability to work on a 5x1 shift schedule; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools preferred: Lean, 5S, Standardized Work, Kaizen; * Willingness to reside in Valparaíso-SP, Guararapes-SP, or Mirandópolis-SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure standardized operations according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Maps), continuously seeking improvement; * Conduct line and equipment inspections to identify losses and anomalies; * Perform internal equipment cleaning; * Carry out sampling, collection, and analysis, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Load and unload raw materials, and verify invoices; * Manage raw material inventory control, perform replenishments, ensure uninterrupted dosing, and apply FIFO across products; * Operate forklifts for routine tasks; * Maintain area cleanliness and organization; * Support minor operational maintenance activities on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Implement safety tools and the Alert System (AAS, AST, Intervention); * Participate in SER+ tools (5S, Kaizen, PDCA); * Work collaboratively, sharing information and tasks with other team members; * Ensure seamless information handover between shifts; * Report activities and results to the area manager. 2512170202551491352
