We are seeking a committed, analytical, and detail-oriented **QA and RPA Technician**, to ensure system quality and develop and maintain automations, guaranteeing reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of technological processes. **Main responsibilities:** * Execute manual and automated tests to validate systems, applications, and processes; * Plan, document, and track test cases, scenarios, and evidence; * Identify, log, and track bugs, defects, and inconsistencies with the development team; * Validate functional and non-functional requirements; * Develop, maintain, and monitor RPA bots for internal process automation; * Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and continuous improvement; * Ensure deliverables comply with quality, security, and performance standards; * Support users and internal departments during system and automation acceptance testing. **What we’re looking for:** * Analytical and investigative mindset; * Strong attention to detail and focus on quality; * Logical reasoning and critical thinking; * Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement; * Good communication skills and ability to work in teams. **Requirements:** * Resident of Greater Vitória (ES); * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields — completed or currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward; * Prior experience in software testing (manual and/or automated QA); * Knowledge of testing and defect management tools; * Experience or knowledge of RPA platforms; * Basic understanding of programming logic and process analysis; * Familiarity with corporate environments and integrated systems.
