We are looking for a **Mid-level Finance Analyst** to join our team and play a strategic role at the core of our operations. This position is ideal for someone who already has a solid foundation in finance but wishes to evolve toward a 360-degree view of the financial cycle, while also having the opportunity to structure Procurement and Facilities processes.
In this role, you will receive direct support from a team leader and a senior team member, ensuring that our financial operations and infrastructure function in perfect harmony.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Financial Management and Tax Compliance**
* Execute the Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring approval workflows, scheduling, and reconciliations, with technical reporting to our departmental coordination.
* Collaborate with the Tax team to verify invoices, validate withheld taxes, and support ancillary tax obligations related to finance.
* Support the Senior Analyst in Accounts Receivable and collections tasks, contributing to a 360-degree view of cash flow and ensuring the health of the full financial cycle.
**Procurement and Facilities Processes**
* Structure and manage the unit’s Procurement process (quotations, supplier negotiations, and vendor approvals), ensuring optimal cost-benefit and proper documentation.
* Manage infrastructure and Facilities operations, including office maintenance, supply control, and coordination with service providers to ensure flawless operational environment.
**Process Analysis and Improvement**
* Use Excel as the primary tool for generating control reports, tracking financial KPIs, and organizing procurement schedules.
* Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows, aiming to automate manual tasks and increase daily administrative efficiency.
**What We’re Looking For (Requirements)**
* Experience in finance operations: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and understanding of cash flow/receivables.
* Problem-Solving Profile: Someone comfortable balancing technical financial analysis with hands-on office (Facilities) management.
* Intermediate Excel: Solid knowledge of formulas and pivot tables for data management.
* Intermediate English: Ability to handle technical terminology, systems, and occasional global communications.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
