Job Summary: Manage Azure environments, develop and operate infrastructure as code (IaC) with Terraform, and ensure system health through monitoring and issue resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Working with container and database technologies **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the Azure environment; * Use tools such as Azure DevOps Actions, GitHub or GitLab, validate requirements, deploy and troubleshoot code and technologies in staging and production environments; * Demonstrate communication skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement; * Develop, troubleshoot, and operate Terraform IaC (Infrastructure as Code); * Build, maintain, and control staging and production environments; * Troubleshoot incidents in staging and production environments; * Proactively manage monitoring and alerting resources for all platform components; * Ensure system health and capacity, review and enhance as needed; * Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct knowledge transfer to others; * Work with code management tools such as GitHub or GitLab; * Develop and maintain up-to-date understanding of architecture and technical designs associated with delivered application services; * Define and maintain administrative processes supporting existing and new application services and resources; * Work in complex technical environments; **Hard Skills Required for This Opportunity:** * Experience with Linux and Windows administration; * Experience with configuration management across multi-platform environments (e.g., Chef, Ansible, Puppet, or Salt). * Knowledge of at least one container technology (e.g., Docker) and one database technology (e.g., MySQL, MS-SQL, or PostgreSQL); * Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and/or GitLab for CI/CD, code versioning, and deployment pipelines. * Experience with Terraform (IaC) for development, maintenance, and operation of infrastructure as code. * Experience with definition, documentation, and execution of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and system administrative processes. * Advanced/Fluent English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Azure, AWS, or Terraform certifications; * ITIL certifications.
