Key Responsibilities: * Organize and verify documentation; * Prepare budgets, conduct purchases, and manage accounts payable; * Develop spreadsheets and perform data analysis in Excel; * Manage company documents and assets; * Support and perform general administrative routines. Requirements: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * A bachelor's degree in Administration will be considered a plus; * Communicative, proactive, and innovative profile; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) – mandatory; * Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
