Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a **Payroll Specialist** who brings technical expertise in the field, but also has passion and dedication to care for people and make a difference every day. This person will be key in ensuring every employee enjoys a structured, transparent, and welcoming experience. **What you'll do:** ========================= * Process and verify payroll, labor charges, and ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, etc.). * Support onboarding, offboarding, vacation management, 13th salary, benefits administration, occupational health and safety, admissional exams, health insurance, life insurance, meal vouchers, and electronic timekeeping. * Assist in audits and labor compliance processes by providing documentation and technical explanations. * Coordinate with accounting and HR teams to align data and information. * Support HR routines (Recruitment & Selection, Policies, and Positions & Salaries). * Define, update, and monitor Payroll department KPIs. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax obligations (CLT, INSS, FGTS, IRRF). * Properly manage and report labor obligations within the eSocial system. * Union classification and verification of payment rates. * Prepare and review payroll reports, including payslips, accounting summaries, and labor provisions. * Control and validate bank files for salary and benefits payments. * Monitor and validate accurate calculation and submission of labor-related charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, among others). * Generate payment slips (IR, INSS, FGTS, etc). * Produce annual reporting statements such as DIRF and Income Statements. * Maintain up-to-date employee records (hires, terminations, leaves, vacations). * Support continuous improvement initiatives in payroll processes and policies. **What you need to have/be:** =============================== * Solid experience in Payroll. * Experience with organizations of over 150 employees is desirable. * In-depth knowledge of main labor, social security, and ancillary regulations. * Knowledge of labor charges and taxes: INSS, FGTS, IRRF, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF. * Proficiency with payroll systems and ERP platforms (TOTVS, Sankhya, etc). * Analytical mindset, organized, and strong communication skills. * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems. * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Accounting. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * High attention to detail, discretion, and analytical ability. * **Will be a plus:** + Experience in the Technology sector (familiarity with the industry's Collective Bargaining Agreement). + Spanish and/or English proficiency. + Participation in ERP implementation or migration projects. **What we offer:** ===================== * Bradesco Dental Plan * Bradesco Health Insurance * SESC Membership * Gympass/Wellhub * Meal and Food Allowance R$660.00 * Childcare Assistance * Disability Benefit for dependents **About the role:** ===================== * Location: Birigui * Employment type: CLT * Work model: Hybrid * Department: Payroll
