Support the preparation of commercial proposals **Job Description:** We are seeking a Tender Assistant to support the company's tender processes, from identifying opportunities to monitoring tender proceedings and organizing documentation. Main responsibilities: \* Monitor and analyze public tender notices (e.g., electronic auctions, public tenders, price quotations); \* Sort, organize, and verify documentation required for tender participation; \* Register and update company information on public procurement portals; \* Support the preparation of commercial proposals; \* Monitor electronic auction sessions; \* Manage deadlines, contracts, and price registration minutes; \* Maintain organized physical and digital files; \* Provide support to the administrative/commercial department as needed. Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or related fields; \* Knowledge of public procurement procedures; \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel); \* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity; \* Strong verbal and written communication skills. \* Familiarity with portals such as Comprasnet, BLL, BBMNET, Licitanet, among others. \* Experience in public procurement (minimum 2 years) Compensation: R$ 2\.800,00 Benefits: \* Meal allowance: R$ 200 per month \* Health and dental insurance after probation period \* Food voucher: R$ 20 per working day \* Transportation voucher (6% salary deduction) \* Commission after 3 months of probation Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Payment: R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
