Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Fiber Optic Installation Technician to onboard new customers and install and configure telecommunications equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring service quality and providing initial technical support We are looking for a **Fiber Optic Installation Technician** to perform **on-site onboarding of new customers**. If you are proactive, enjoy working in telecommunications, and have experience in installations and technical support, this position is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Perform onboarding of new residential and business customers. \- Install and configure telecommunications equipment (modems, routers, cabling, etc.). \- Ensure delivered service quality by conducting on-site tests and validations. \- Provide initial technical support during onboarding. \- Record visit information in the system. **Requirements:** \- Employment type: CLT \- Personal vehicle and valid driver's license (travel is part of daily duties) \- Valid NR-10 and NR-35 certifications \- Strong communication and organizational skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, from 08:30 AM to 4:50 PM **Work Location:** Curitiba and metropolitan region **Compensation:** R$1\.784 \+ 30% hazard pay (R$535\) \= \***R$ 2\.319,00**\* \+ Performance-based bonus (R$1\.000,00\) \+ Benefits: \- Mobility allowance (approximately \+/\- R$1\.800,00\) \- Meal voucher (R$806,00\) \- Life insurance Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1\.784,00 \- R$2\.319,00 per month
