Description

Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring security cameras, identifying incidents, reporting technical failures, and assisting with the restaurant's daily operations. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous monitoring of operations through security surveillance. 2. Identification and response to suspicious incidents and technical failures. 3. Support for daily operations and organization of the restaurant environment. **Work Schedule:** Rotating 5x2 shift (Night Shift) **Working Hours:** 11:00 PM to 7:48 AM **Weekly Working Hours:** 8 hours and 40 minutes during the night shift **Shift Start:** Monday at 11:00 PM **Shift End:** Saturday at 7:48 AM **Main Responsibilities** * Real-time monitoring of security cameras, sensors, and alarms to ensure continuous operational surveillance * Identification of suspicious incidents, such as irregular behavior by customers or staff, and escalation to responsible teams when necessary * Reporting technical failures in camera systems and equipment, directing issues to the technical team for resolution * Scheduling preventive maintenance, including camera testing, connection verification, and system adjustments * Recording incidents and failures, preparing reports for analysis * Assisting with the restaurant's daily operations, supporting customer flow and area organization * Monitoring the environment to ensure operational safety and efficiency **Requirements** * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education * Experience with security camera monitoring systems * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to identify technical failures and perform diagnostics * Attentive, analytical, and proactive personality Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
