**SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST**
**Job Description:** Receive and analyze purchase requisitions and quotation requests. Obtain quotations for materials, products, and services according to technical specifications provided by requesting departments; negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
Follow up on placed orders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Plan and execute procurement processes for materials, supplies, and services;
* Conduct quotations, negotiations, and proposal analyses;
* Develop and maintain supplier relationships;
* Monitor delivery schedules and ensure contract compliance;
* Track supply chain performance indicators;
* Support inventory management and propose improvements to the procurement process.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields (completed or in progress);
Proven experience in supply chain/procurement;
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, or similar preferred);
Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills;
Good communication skills and an analytical mindset.
