Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** We are seeking a professional to serve as the focal point for financial activities within the engineering cost center—controlling and verifying all expense entries to ensure timely payments. Support procurement processes by creating and monitoring purchase requisitions and purchase orders with the supply team, including invoice entry and supplier payment tracking. * Administer and provide financial control for construction projects, including preparing and maintaining reports for periodic presentations. * Process invoices through appropriate systems (MIGO, VTIN, SBS) for material suppliers and service providers, ensuring compliance with established payment deadlines. * Monitor open purchase orders, requisitions, and service-level agreements; request closure when necessary. * Request and support registration of suppliers and customers, as well as material and service registrations in the system. * Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and electronic departmental files. * Support the controller and SBS with financial information and clarifications as needed, and provide guidance to branches on administrative and financial procedures in accordance with company policies. **Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of engineering and maintenance areas Familiarity with Maintenance KPIs. **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
