Job Summary: Responsible for vehicle and personnel access control, reception, monitoring, and communication to ensure security and order at the entrance. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and security monitoring. 2. Reception and routing of visitors. 3. Telephone support and mail management. 1\. Control vehicle and personnel entry and exit at the entrance, recording information in a system or dedicated logbook; 2\. Receive, announce, and route visitors to responsible individuals or departments; 3\. Monitor internal movement via closed-circuit TV and immediately report any anomalies; 4\. Promptly report any suspicious or out-of-standard situations near the entrance; 5\. Answer telephone calls received at the entrance and make appropriate referrals; 6\. Receive, register, and deliver correspondence, documents, and courier packages to respective recipients, provided they are addressed to the company; 7\. Follow operational procedures defined for the role and for access control.
