What will be your responsibilities?* Organize documents under the area’s responsibility; * Assist the team with tasks and reporting; * Handle Excel spreadsheet entry and maintain them updated and organized; * Perform fiscal document verification; * Assist with administrative routines specific to the area; What are we looking for?* Youth with completed or ongoing high school education; * Youth aged between 18 and 22 years old; * Youth who have not yet completed the Administrative Assistant course through CIEE; What would be a differentiator?* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong desire to learn and grow; What will be your working hours?* 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM What will be your work model?* On-site.
