Manage ingredient inventory **Job Description** **INSTECH**, a company with over 25 years of experience developing technology for the industrial sector, is **HIRING**: **COOK** Description: **Main Activities and Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook meals on a large scale, following recipes and quality standards. * Monitor cooking time and food temperatures. * Ensure kitchen sanitation and organization, complying with food safety regulations. * Manage ingredient inventory and request replenishments as needed. * Collaborate with the team to optimize production and meet demands. * Participate in menu planning and dish suggestions. **What We Are Looking For?** **Prerequisites** * Prior experience in industrial kitchens or large-scale restaurants. * Knowledge of cooking techniques and food handling. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Formal training in Gastronomy or related fields is a plus. **Skills** * **Culinary Skills:** Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including cutting, cooking, and presentation. * **Food Handling:** Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations. * **Inventory Management:** Ability to track and organize supplies and ingredients. **Compensation** **Salary:** Market-competitive. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–12:00 / 13:12–18:00 **Employment Type:** Permanent CLT contract Type of position: Permanent CLT contract
