The mission of this position is to assist in the operation of the rewinder, converting jumbo rolls into smaller formats and properly packaging them according to the specifications, deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations defined by the company. * Assist in cutting cores according to the production order; * Move already formed coils to the packer using conveyor belts; * Insert protectors into the cores to prevent coil damage; * Assist in threading the tail during jumbo roll changes using the rewinder's automatic threading device; * Dispose of used cores from the cages; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace; * Assist in counting inventory of packaging materials and finished products; * Assist in cleaning the paper machine pit during breakdowns or when requested by the machine supervisor; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the area as directed by the rewinder operator 2 or machine supervisor; * Assist during machine stoppages; * Assist the operator in adjusting/regulating the knife during format changes. 2511010202241844367
