Job Summary: Technical professional in electrical and electronic maintenance to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Electronic and electrical equipment maintenance 2. Knowledge of PLCs, high voltage, and electric motors 3. Development of improvements and team management * **Perform corrective, predictive, and preventive maintenance on all equipment lines;** * **Perform bench-level maintenance on electronic equipment and instruments;** * **Interpret and analyze electro-electronic schematics of equipment;** * **Know and execute assembly of electrical and electronic panels;** * **Perform programming on microprocessor-based equipment;** * **Possess knowledge of electronics;** * **Possess knowledge of high-voltage operations at 69 kV and 13.8 kV;** * **Possess knowledge of electric motors;** * **Possess knowledge of PLCs;** * **Perform maintenance on DC, AC, and stepper motors;** * **Perform tasks involving converters, inverters, and drivers.** * **Carry out job-related activities according to the Continuous Improvement Methodology.** * **Know and comply with the Environmental Policy;** * **Comply with the Food Safety Management System;** * **Apply Occupational Safety Standards and practice all company principles and values in daily work;** * **Ensure implementation of the Quality Policy;** * **Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices related to oneself and/or one's activity or department;** * **Observe, guide, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices and elements of management systems related to one's personnel and department.** * **Train new members of the electrical maintenance team;** * **Conduct cost-reduction activities by exploring new technologies with suppliers;** * **Develop improvements in the production area to enhance machine safety and efficiency;** * **Internal or external role in maintenance and team management** * **Knowledge of PLCs, electronic diagrams, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems** Minimum Education: Technical Course
