Job Summary: This position involves operating paper winding and calendering machines, ensuring quality standards and safety in paper production, as well as assisting in organizing and analyzing paper samples. Come explore our opportunities! **Responsibilities and Duties** This position’s mission is to operate the winding machine according to the production sequence, meeting deadlines, quality standards, and company-defined safety regulations. * Operate the winding machine, controlling the number of windings and jumbo weight; * Operate calenders, adjusting pressure to maintain paper thickness within specifications; * Operate overhead cranes to move jumbos; * Issue identification labels per production order; * Assist in threading the paper web during machine restarts; * Dispose of waste generated by the paper machine; * Record incidents in the production report; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Collect paper samples and deliver them to the laboratory for analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Knowledge of paper and pulp is desirable; * Basic computer skills are desirable; Availability to work rotating shifts. * **Additional Information** Since 1955, we have been innovatively and sustainably producing packaging papers for Brazil and the world.
