Job Summary:
Responsible for managing HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, employee management, and benefits, in collaboration with leadership.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct recruitment and selection processes for operational, technical, commercial, and administrative positions; post job openings; conduct and participate in interviews; and select suitable candidates for available positions.
* Payroll: Data entry and corrections, payroll calculation, overtime, night shift allowances, and deductions.
* Employee roster management: Track absences, time banks, promotions, transfers, position changes, and terminations.
* Hiring and termination: Full management of employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, documentation, occupational health examinations (ASO), and termination homologation.
* Propose HR process improvements and administer newly validated policies;
* Vacations and leaves: Plan and monitor vacations; track medical certificates and maternity leave; manage absences;
* Participate in training and development programs (NRs, technical and behavioral training);
* Timekeeping and working hours control: Manage electronic time clock system, daily monitoring and analysis of absences and tardiness;
* Employee support and labor relations: Address employee inquiries; support managers in working hours management; assist the legal department in labor proceedings;
* Benefits administration, electronic time clock control, vacation management, holiday compensation, and collective bargaining agreements;
* Collaborate with leadership across all departments on personnel management;
* Benefits: Manage, purchase, and administer benefits such as transportation vouchers and others; propose new suggestions whenever possible;
* Organizational climate initiatives and employee engagement activities;
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and occupational safety regulations**;**
* Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; prior HR experience; strong communication skills; proactivity; sound logical reasoning; female candidates preferred; residence in Pinhais or nearby areas preferred.
