Main Responsibilities: * Initiate first contact with qualified leads generated by marketing campaigns, clearly and attractively presenting 1/4 UmQuarto’s value proposition; * Manage both proactive and reactive customer engagement until partnership closure; * Understand each investor’s profile and objectives, offering appropriate property management solutions aligned with property type and expected return on investment; * Maintain and update the CRM with negotiation information and status; * Collaborate with the marketing team by providing feedback on lead quality and opportunities for improvement; * Support the transition from acquisition to property activation in coordination with commercial and operations teams; * Prepare and send proposals, tracking the process through contract signing; * Contribute to developing processes and strategies aimed at portfolio expansion. Mandatory Requirements: * Prior experience in consultative sales (B2C or B2B); * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Real Estate Management, or related fields.
